Participation in ALZYA CELESTIA CIRCLE is free! All you have to do is sign up. The products provided for ALZYA CELESTIA CIRCLE are yours to keep after you've tested them and submitted your feedback.
How do I increase my chances of being selected?

At sign-up, please check the following box: "If the product is unavailable, we will ship a different product or color in your size." This way, we can send you a different product to test if the one you choose is out of stock.
How do I know if I've been selected?

We'll email you a few days after the enrollment period ends. Please keep an eye on your email. If chosen, you'll receive the product at the address provided within 10-14 days.
How do I submit my feedback?

The link for the survey will be sent via email, or you can scan the QR code on the flyer inside your shipment.
What happens if I don't submit the survey?

Your chances of continuing to participate in ALZYA CELESTIA CIRCLE depend on your feedback. If you fail to submit the survey in time, we won't charge fees or penalties, but you'll be unable to participate in any future ALZYA CELESTIA CIRCLE events. If your survey is thorough and informative, your chances of being asked to participate again increase.
How can I find out if the product I reviewed has evolved?

ALZYA CELESTIA CIRCLE is currently utilizing sizes XS to XL, but we're working on expanding this range to include up to a 3XL, so please stay tuned!
Where can I find an invitation code?

An invitation code isn't mandatory. We usually only provide invitation codes to influencers we partner with and ALZYA CELESTIA CIRCLE members who've provided consistently valuable feedback.
